At The Lawn Legacy Project, we believe everyone deserves to feel proud of their home. Your support allows us to provide free lawn care to seniors, disabled residents, veterans, and families of deployed service members, while giving local youth paid jobs, mentorship, and a sense of purpose. Individual Giving
Your donation goes to work immediately.
Every dollar supports youth wages, equipment, fuel, and outreach to ensure our services remain 100% free for those who need them most.
- $25 helps cover fuel and supplies for a full day of service
- $75 sponsors a youth crew for one yard
- $250 supports a full month of care for an individual in need
- $1,000 sponsors a full season for one household
Tax Status Disclosure for Donations
The Lawn Legacy Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please retain your donation receipt for your records.
Donation Receipts & Tax Documentation
Lawn Legacy Project provides written acknowledgment letters for all monetary and in-kind donations in accordance with IRS guidelines.
• Monetary donors will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes
• Equipment and in-kind donors will receive a detailed acknowledgment letter
• For non-cash donations valued over $500, donors may request completion of IRS
Form 8283
